Great! They were right on time, did a great job. They went above and beyond by fixing a few things that weren't part of washing the windows.

They arrived on time. I greeted them and asked if they were here to clean my windows or my neighbor's windows as one of the men were looking in my neighbor's courtyard through her iron gate and that caused some confusion. After that I noticed them attempting to get water from my neighbor's courtyard and that is trespassing. The conversation got heated and Robert the business owner got very belligerent. After this I decided not to let them clean my windows. I took off of work to be here for this appointment and waited six weeks for them to come out. I am very upset for my inconvenience and the way I was treated. I feel disrespected and did not feel safe having them at my home.

I have been using them for several times. They do what they are supposed to do. They clean the inside and outside of my windows and it is done very quickly. They have a good team. They also come when they say they are going to come. I think that the price is good. I feel safe with them coming in my house and they are very professional. The same people come in each time and I think they have long term employees which are very easy to work with.

Showed up on time and finished quickly.

I believe we paid about $10 per window and the service was good. Nothing really stood out to me but I would absolutely use them again.

The experience went very well. The people were very nice, thorough, and helpful. They went about their business and moved very seamlessly throughout the house.

My front gutters in particular were heavily clogged with leaves from a Magnolia tree. I called the company yesterday, July 7th, and left a message. Diane, I believe, called me back within an hour or two. I also inquired about their prices for window cleaning. (I think she said they charge $10/pane.) She told me that they could give me a better estimate when they came out to do the gutters, if I preferred. She said that the crew would be in my area today, the 8th, sometime between 11 and 1. They actually arrived at about 10:50. There were 4 of them. They were very professional, and worked quickly (in the pouring rain, I might add).

The leader of the crew quoted me $85 to do the windows, which I thought was very reasonable. (I have 9, including 1 picture window.) He said that he could offer me a price break because I had them out to clean the gutters. I'm going to have them come back next week since it was raining whille they were here.

Robert, the owner, and his crew arrive on time, work very quickly, and throroughly. And they are packed up and ready to leave within 2 hours.

Team worked quickly and professionally. Didn't clean window sills but otherwise did a good job.

I would use them again so overall they come out and do what they are supposed to. I call and she puts us on the schedule and they are usually out here within the week. I don't have to be home when they come to clean out the gutters so that is a plus.
