I have used Air Conditioning Service (the "Green Trucks") in both of my homes since 1978 and have always received great service. Their prices are fair and I've never been "up sold". Today, I needed work on my AC and Eddie was the service technician that took care of the problem – he continued the company's reputation of being "the best." I remain a very happy customer. Highly recommended!

Very well, they were prompt and professional. We will be using them again. The only problem was everyone else was scheduling with them, delaying my checkup. Since the system was doing well, I didnt mind.

It went well.  Justin came out to the house, was respectful and quick.  He provided, what appears to be, honest and "to the point" advice on our systems.  We will be using the again in the future for service and repair needs.

The only thing that the “deal” covered was just for the service call, which costs $79 anyway.  The company actually doesn’t do their own work, they subcontract their work out so you never know who is going to show up for the service.

We've used them for years and we like them. They are prompt and let you know their service window. They put their booties on when they come in the house.  They hire good employees and I have no problem with them coming into my house.

Excellent! The cat had pee'd down in one of the ducts and they cleaned that out real good. They did a good job, it was pretty nasty. They did real good work. I would recommend them.

They are thorough and even though our heat pump is over 10years old, it's been in their care entire time, they aren't pushing us to get a new one as ours is still going strong.

It went well and it's the second time I've used them.  They're good.  They were very thorough and explained everything very well.

The workers who did the air duct cleaning and installed the vapor barrier were wonderful and did a great job.  They were prompt, clean, and did quality work. Steven came out and pressured me into having the vapor barrier installed the next day.  I was talking to Steven about having insullation put into the attic, and I was going to give him the job but because of the pressure tactics he was using, I decided to wait until the other jobs were complete.  I told Steven I wanted a thicker material, and Steven said they would get some thicker material out here for me, but after the install was complete, the installer informed me that they installed a 4 barrier.  I informed Steven that the Terminix guy told me I had a 6 barrier already in the crawl space, why would I want something thinner than what I already have. On top of that, Steven wanted me to pay $800 for the thinnest material available!  I could have had a 4 put in for $500 by the Terminix guy!  Steven was very mouthy with me on the phone and disrespectful.  His tune magically changed when my husband called him!  I put a stop payment on the check because I was paying for something I didn't get.  He is supposedly mailing my check back to me.  I am currently attempting to get in contact with the owner of the company to get this issue worked out.  Steven said that they cannot have the vapor barrier removed due to costs and they are going to leave the material I don't want in place.  Terminix is going to have to remove it and clean out the crawl space to replace it.  Steven really makes me want to give this company an 'F', but at the same time, I remember the work and workers who were here.  It would have been an 'A', except for Steven.  The professionalism grade is for Steven.

We've been using them for one year. I feel like they're very honest and that they're just really on time and everybody does really great job! My realtor recommended them to me. I've always been satisfied with their services.
