I don't even know where to begin when describing the amazing experience we had with Jason and Affordable Maintenance.  Our heat went completely out over the weekend when temperatures were in the low teens.  My wife and six month old son were stuck in the home with no heat while I was out of town on a job.  She made the call to Affordable Maintenance on a Saturday night, and Jason came out on Sunday to inspect the problem for no extra charge.  We required a full replacement of the HVAC unit, and due to the extreme weather it was going to be difficult to replace it.
Despite the time frame and challenges, Jason treated the problem as though it were his own family and home; and, for that I'm eternally grateful.  He replaced the HVAC unit next day, and I was able to rest easy knowing my family was safe.  He did all this for no extra charge, the price was more than fair, and the work was of top notch quality.  His main concern was getting the heat back on for my wife and son; I never once got the impression he was looking to exploit the situation.
In this day and age, it is rare to find people that care about the work they do and how it impacts their customers.  Affordable Maintenance will have me as a customer for life, and I highly recommend you use them for any heating or A/C problems!

I was trying to find a way to treat a large 2,300 sq foot space more effectively because it wasn't cooling upstairs and downstairs very well. He had nothing to solve my problem and just did maintenance of the unit. He didn't take care of my problem. I called back to say that it was still working ineffectively. He was a very nice guy and very courteous but that not good enough to achieve the objective. I had to find someone else to fix the problem. He had told me that he would come out and have another look and he didn't. He had said that he would call back and he didn't do that either.

They have been great.  We called them on Sunday afternoon.  They came within an hour that night.  They didn't charge any overtime or weekend rate.  He thought, at first, that it would just be the compressor.  He tried to just replace it, but we had a feeling that it was going to be the whole unit, so he's back today completing the job.  He has been really great.  I haven't really compared prices.
