The total project included an outdoor proximity shade at $25000. The price was competitive. Professionalism was a B for the crew and not the owner. I would use them again. There would be some things that we would discuss differently but nothing major. No fraudulent, no significant problems. What they did well was the design itself and the quality of the materials. What did not go well is that at the time Steve Williams who was the head of that company and still is I think, was basically not in a legal way but he was hoping to bypass court before the project ever started. We had to address that issue. We also went in to historical relay neighborhood which makes it especially important to get all that in place.

I got several estimates for a new deck with a built in ramp.  The ramp is mostly for my aging K9 (yes, I'm that person!), but I told all the company reps that I needed it to be ADA compliant so that I could sell it as a wheelchair ramp if I ever move.  Steve appeared to be the most knowledgeable about ADA requirements and was able to recite grading/slope requirements, etc. He was also the most expensive quote of all. But after going over all the quotes, reviews for all the companies, and weighing miscellaneous quality factors (eg, Steve uses screws on all decks, while it was merely an option I could pay extra for with the other companies), I decided to go with Aesthetic Fence & Deck.  
They were able to start within a couple of days.  The 2 man crew was very prompt and appeared to be very hardworking.  They worked quickly and consistently all day until sundown, each day they were there.  We ran into a couple of big issues that had me really worried I was in for a fight, but Steve quickly and efficiently took care of each one, and my worry was for nothing!  It was SUCH a relief when I realized he was going to stand by his word and make everything right!  He was very reasonable and understanding, though I still felt bad about the extra work for his crew!  It also a relief to know that I can be confident in the two year warranty.  Sometimes "warranty" is just a word, but based on Steve's handling of the issues during the build, I am confident he will take care of any problems that may arise in the future as well.  
The biggest issue was a sizing mistake, but it was remedied immediately.  However, other issues that arose were largely just due to a miscommunication between us.  I couldn't be there on the morning of the start, so Steve and I just reviewed the plan by phone (maybe a week or two after the initial in person estimate).  I've never had a deck built before, so I think I just didn't know what to stress -- I showed him a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest.  I sort of thought that covered everything.  (Contractors must hate Pinterest!)   I want to say I recommend being more detailed in the planning conversations, but honestly I still never would have thought to mention some of the things that I had just assumed would look a certain way.  I basically showed him a Pinterest picture and said "I want this here."   So while I definitely recommend being as detailed as possible in the planning stages (for your sake, his, and the crew's!), the good news is that if there are any discrepancies or issues, Steve stands behind his work and makes it right!  And enough can't be said about that in this day and age!

This group is fantastic! Showed up on time, paid close attention to details, and cleaned up afterwards. Any time we hit a snag Steve was one call or text away. Very responsive. The price quoted for cedar was in the range others quoted for pine and comes with a warranty. Couldn't be happier.

This crew is amazingly fast without compromising quality. I would call them artists, as their work is impeccable and beautiful. I am so impressed and more than satisfied from first contact with Steve Williams to the finished product.

We had been looking and looking and looking for a fence company that just felt right and would give us the best product for the price. Aesthetic Fence and Deck Co. proved to be that company and delivered an outstanding product in amazing time. Steve and his crew were able to come out on a Tuesday afternoon to start the demo and completed the project on Thursday evening. His team was professional, friendly, got along great as a team, and proved to be as dependable as Steve himself. The compliments from neighbors and friends keep rolling in and the price, while a tad more than we had anticipated, was worth every penny. We expect to be calling on Steve's team again additional projects in the future.
So far the reviews we read on Angie's List have been the gold standard by which we make our final decisions and Aesthetic Fence's previous reviews were all outstanding. They were great. They were on time. They were skilled. They did a fantastic job with the fence. It was a decent price. It wasn't cheap but it was a good fence.

Initially I didn't receive a timely response from Aesthetic Fence but that was due to a personal situation with the owner which is completely understandable. I wanted to update the previous review so that perspective clients would know what a great job he did for me.
The job went smoothly and was completed very quickly. I thought the price was extremely reasonable and the metal reinforcement was an added plus for awarding the job to this particular company. Steve communicated in a timely manner and explained the best way to install the driveway gate so that it was structurally sound after installation. He extended the existing fence so that the gates were structurally sound and would last. He sent pictures of his men working and the finished product as I live in Georgia and the home I where I wanted the work done is in Nashville, TN. Overall I am happy that I Steve did the job. I recall that he is a veteran like myself and helping another veteran entrepreneur made the process all the more satisfying.

I called four different contractors. All four gave me quotes but I choose Steve. Steve called me back the same day I called and arrived early for the appt. He helped me choose styles of cedar and wrought iron fencing that look great together. He explained the pros and cons of different fencing styles and materials. After the meeting I felt very confident in his integrity. I would not be in the state when the project was to be completed and needed to feel confident in the contractor I choose. When I arrived at my new house, the new fence looked beautiful. His crew did an excellent job with the install. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and final product. His price wasn't the lowest or the highest. I will definitely use Steve again for other projects.

Steve and his crew were great. They responded immediately to my call, came out that very day for an estimate, provided an immediate print-out of the quote, and ended up being the best quote we received. His crew patiently worked around the scheduling conflict with our tree removal service, going above and beyond in what they were willing to clear out in order to set the posts. They worked non-stop on some of the coldest days of the year. The fence looks great, feels very sturdy, and the gates work like a charm. The gates have very convenient lock features as well. I would definitely call them again.

Steve was remarkably responsive. He responded to my email and calls immediately. He came to the house the next day and printed out the estimate right here at my house from his truck! What wonderful service. Once we decided to use him, he scheduled me for the next week. They wound up coming a day EARLY and finished the steel fence and gates in 2 days. The quality is excellent. He did a great job showing me how to use the remote for the driveway gate and walking me through trouble shooting. His team were very good at getting the job done timely and correctly. We had one small issue where some holes in our existing chain link fence were missed, but the team came back within 2 weeks and got it finished.
The cost of the steel is more than aluminum, but the quality is unbelievably better. It is so solid my German Shepherd is no match for it.
The only thing I could complain about is a tiny thing: they left a few pieces of chain link in the yard, and I walked the length of the fence to pick it up so my dog wouldn't get it and chew on it. Otherwise, I am so very pleased that I opted to go with Aesthetic. The other companies just did not respond. I think you will be happy if you give Steve a call!

The provider prepared a very detailed design for the fence that included 6" fence posts, steel reinforced gate structures, an elegant arbor, and very attractive cedar trim on both top and sides along the fence. The installation itself was professional way beyond what I would normally expect for fence building. In fact, one of the neighbors was so impressed he talked with Steve about building a similar fence for them. As to "how did it go?", the work commenced just a few days after the contract was signed and it was finished two days later. The cedar toner/sealer was sprayed on the fence the following day. I would say that everything was done as well and as expeditiously as was possible. The construction involved cutting through bushes and trees and in the process clearing out a great deal of brush, all of which was cleaned up out of the yard. All together, this was a great experience that resulted in one of the best looking fences I have ever seen. Steve's web site has photos of a shadow box fence very similar to the one we installed. Or perhaps photos are already up of our fence itself.

I had a great experience with this provider Aesthetic Fence and Deck-Steve Williams,that I found on Angie's List. I called several companies and found out that not all of them are able to do a decorative fence, which I wanted, to give my house a facelift. Most of the fencers are very busy right now, but Steve, the owner of the company came the next day after I called him and was able to do the work the next week. I did speak with one other person that was able to do a decorative fence, but it was going to be more expensive and he wouldn't have been able to do the job for a few more weeks. Steve was able to do the work quickly, he used very good materials which will last a long time, and it turned out beautifully. I would use his services again, and recommend him to anyone

It went perfectly! A rare event.

I received a call from the owner (Steve) within five minutes of submitting a request online. Steve provided a very detailed (individual materials for fence and gate) estimate that stated a 2 year warranty on materials and workmanship. Most companies only provide a one year warranty. Steve was able to meet the week and a half start date he quoted when we meet for the estimate. Steve came out the first day of work and introduced the crew and also followed up with a phone call at the beginning of the second day. Carlos, supervisor of the crew, was very easy to work with and was able to answer all of our questions. The job was completed in two days just as Steve said it would. Fence looks great.ed
