They've been wonderful in all aspects. They helped me get set up after my move. I've been with them for years!

They were prompt. We did have an issue because they changed the shower or something for it. When I said that I had a problem with it, they came out and fixed it immediately. They are reasonably priced and they operate quickly. I don't think it was very long that I was out of service.

Installation and service have been great. The installer (Joseph) was extremely professional and thorough. He called to set up an appt. for the installation and immediately came back after the installation to address a minor issue I encountered with the system.
Even after the sale, the salesman (Rand) continued to check in from time to time to see if I had any questions and was happy with the system.
ADS and how it's people do business really stands out. I received local and specialized customer service -- I was treated like a person and not just a number. I will continue to refer my family and friends to ADS in the future.
I had another security system years ago and believe me, my experience was not so positive with that alarm company.

This is a great company, very responsive! We really liked that they are a local company and that the call center is local rather than out of state. Ronnie is a very honest, responsive sales rep and is always available when needed, we really had a good experience and would definitely recommend Ronnie and ADS.

They are a good company, and they are very dependable. They just don't install the alarm and leave, they actually monitor the system continuously from their headquarters. They are always on time, they come when they say they are going to, and their price is very reasonable. They have answered alarms for us many times when we were out of town. For instance, they answered the alarm once when we were out of town, the police came, but they didn't find any break in or anything. Perhaps the alarm had scared the thief off. The alarm works even if they don't actually break in, so it's a deterrent.

Had a horrific experience with pinnacle security and monitronix (excessive cost, lack of responsiveness, outright lies about our previous system) and went looking for another company. Was referred to ads from a friend in another state in the security industry and could not have been more pleased. Ronnie was on time, professional, and honest. He was willing to work with our existing hardware and honest about what was quality and what wasn't. Ads also has much better technology allowing us to control the system from our backberries and smart phones for less montly than pinnacle. Would highly recommend. This is a local nashville company tha does not farm out monitoring.
