ACCURATE AUTOBODY

I have been to Accurate Autobody for partial repainting twice in 2013 (separate incidents - NOT quality problems). I have been 100% satisfied with their service both times. Before this year, I had never put a claim on my insurance. I filed the initial claim, and then Accurate dealt with all the billing and payment issues. Also, they have a counter for Enterprise rentals at their shop, so everything I needed was right there. The staff at Accurate was extremely friendly. This whole ordeal could have been a major headache, but they made it a low-stress experience. Also, they put a warranty on their work, so I really don't have anything to worry about, as long as no one keys my car again (knock on wood). When I picked up my car the last time, I told the customer service rep, "You're the nicest guy that I hope I don't see again." And I mean it.

The details are above. Overall, a really good experience - everyone very nice and professional. Location is a mite tricky to find, but secretary gave me specific instructions which made it easy.

Close inspection of the door shows no sign that there was ever an accident or that any repairs have been made. Perfect.

From estimate through the work, I worked with one person: Deborah Thurman. She was always friendly, responsive, and helpful regardless of the situatiosn. She interfaced with insurance claims, car rental, workers, and me. it was one-stop shopping. the work was delayed for some unexpected parts, but it was on-time otherwise through to the end. Friendly, great body work, and thorough. i'd recommend them.

Took my car in on Monday for an estimate to replace my front bumper. Accurate representative discussed my options of using a new or an after-market bumper. Written estimate was provided for both options. I took the car back in the next day to have the work completed. They estimated that the work would take two days, so I was expecting to pickup the car on Wednesday evening. They called me mid-Wednesday morning to let me know my car was ready. When I went to pickup the car, it was ready and waiting. The paperwork was ready in the office, so I just had to pay and they gave me the keys. Very good, painless experience.
