I returned about 1 hour later and they were done trouble shooting the phone. The problem appeared to be in the power to the screen itself and would need to be repaired. This would be covered under my repair coverage that I carried on the phone if I wanted to go that route. The representative discussed my options and the cost of each -repair (deductible) vs. upgrading. He was very patient, asked me about what aspects of that phone I really liked and what I would like to see improved upon. Based on this, he was able to show me 2 phone that he felt I would like that were also not much more than to pay for the deductible on repairing the older phone. After "playing" with the other phones -one of which he had as his personal phone and was able to give me both positives & negatives about based on his experience- I decided on a new phone. Thanks to his patience and time, I was able to make an informed decision that I feel was the right one. I have loved this phone since I got it home! I have gone to other Sprint stores in the past and have never received the consistent high quality of service that I receive here. This is my "go to" store & refer as many people to it as I can.
