I noticed that they put a vent on the major part of the house but there is another part where there is an attic that to me it needed to be vented but it was not vented. I ended up having to police their work to make sure that the quality is there   when I feel like they need to address that because that is their specialty. Their price was expensive.  I waited and waited and wondered when they would put me on schedule. Once they started the job they were here early the morning. I would tell anyone that they did good work but get ready for good work. I am pleased with the work. The price was much higher that I anticipated and I got quotes that were lower and I also chose them because I know people who used them. They did a good job in cleaning up.

They were able to do it in one day, and clean up the mess as well. My insurance paid most of it, we only had to pay $1000. The price was reasonable.

It was an older sales rep that knocked on our door, late 50's, just driving around in his car. We were some of the first to have our roof replaced using our insurance company. They were real fast in completing our roof. We noticed months later that several of our screens were ripped where their feet had gone through the screen either going up or down the ladders. It's pretty apparent that it is a foot not a small hole. Or else it was some of their tools they dropped and it sliced the screens. Since then when we have had heavy rains, we have noticed leaking in our attic. My husband says it's from poor flashing around some duct work in the roof. Shortly after they replaced our roof, we had another and quot;roofingand quot; company speak with my husband about our roof, as many in our neighborhood were replacing roofs, and found out we could have gotten the 3-D shingles, like everyone else did, and still have our insurance pay for it. This was NEVER offered to me as an and quot;insuranceand quot; option. In hindsight I feel it was a and quot;rushand quot; job, get in before someone else does, do poor work and leave. Insurance pays them so what do they really care. Now I am the ONLY house in my subdivision with and quot;oldand quot; shingles. I would not use them again, nor recommend them.

So far so good; they are very popular! They did good work, but I would've liked more follow-up a month or two after the job and it did seem a little impersonal.

The work seems to be adequate, but there was an issue with the trim. The roof has held up fine and I haven't had any real issue with the work. I wasn't completely satisfied with the turn out of the dimensional shingles, and I should've asked further questions about the wind velocity and the thickness of the shingles and there might have been a difference in how it turned out to look in the end.

The price was good. The work was good. They were very friendly. I cannot complain. It just took them a couple of hours, and they did a perfect job.

Working w/ ABC's Les morrow was a joy an was the primed way ABCO stock out amazing all the other roofing companies.

The estimate and work were exactly as quoted. The roofers showed up on time, polite and got to work immediately. The job was completed in minimal time. The job was done correctly and everything was cleaned. Would use them again.

They were really good and brought samples.They were outstanding. They are reasonable for this area. They offered several choices. They also offered financing to start at the end of the work. They were so kind to allow me to make payments. When there was damage after the work, I called them first because of the wonderful experience I had previously.

Sales representative came and inspected the leaking area the same day that I called. He gave me a written summary of repair needs and cost for the job. He also provided a lengthy list of references. Since it was a small job, the crew fit us in between bigger jobs so once we accepted the bid it took about three days to get out to complete the repair. The crew was on site less than 2 hours and the leak has been completely stopped with a two year warranty.

They came back out and fixed some of the problems and I paid them.

They were prompt about giving a very detailed estimate and quick to respond when we decided to have them do the work. The one problem was that they estimated based on removing one layer of shingles and didn't discover that there were two layers until they were on the job site ready to start. But to their credit, they called me immediately--before they began the work--to let me know it would cost $800 more, and I had the option to back out of the deal. I decided to pay the difference. They had a lot of workers and trucks and made every effort to minimize their impact to the yard. They covered windows and gutters with boards and put down tarps to protect the grass. They cleaned up thoroughly. I have used them before for small jobs and would not hesitate to use them again.

Everything went great! Until about 4 months later when after a heavy rain the roof leaked into a bedroom. A leak in that same area had been the reason I had gotten the roof replaced 18 years earlier when I lived there. It had never leaked there again until after the new roof was done. I called the company, but the renters said no one ever came out or contacted them. However, there was not a problem again until another heavy rain 4-5 months later. This continued for the next 2 years, with 2-3 calls per year regarding the leak. The owner of ABCO did come out twice, finally, but each time just brushed off my complaints. After me really expressing my displeasure about the continuing leak, he took a crew back and worked on it some more last year. He told me that the problem was that some roofing nails had "worked out" and they had nailed them back in, but he refused to take any responsibility for that and charged me $150 for the repairs. However, there have been no leaks since then.
