A MR PLUMBER

I made an appointment for one weekday morning and stayed home from work. The plumber never showed. I called, and I eventually got a call back saying that the plumber was sick and wasn't going to work that day. We rescheduled. (It would have been nice if they had called ME first.) They sent Reggie out. He worked on the sinks for a couple of hours and left a huge mess. After Reggie left, one sink still wasn't draining. He came back and brought a friend with him who wanted to learn to be a plumber. Before he started working, Reggie asked me if I'd received a phone call from him that morning. I told him I hadn't, and he said that that was good because he had been drunk and thought he might have called me. Next, Reggie broke one of the pipes under my sink, blaming it on the faulty construction. He had to buy a new part to replace it. He and his friend were at the house for hours working on the sink and having a ball. It still doesn't drain very well. Reggie told me that I could call him anytime, and he'd completely redo my sink for free. They left a huge mess. FAT CHANCE!!! I have had more than enough of Mr. Plumber and Reggie.

A Mr Plumber was simply OK. I thought it was a bit overpriced, especially since they didn't do it correctly in the first place. They had to come back out and finish it. I was not very impressed, and would not hire them again.
