They responded quickly to the call, and did the work in a day or two.
They were willing to re-use the parts of the old mailbox support that could be salvaged, helping to keep the "look" the same as the rest in the neighborhood. I was given a written estimate prior to work starting, and was able to use a check for payment when the work was finished. Very professional and good quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again for another project.

framing was shot, etc.). Repairs ended up including replacing a section
of the roof as well as the outer wall and four doors. He came when
scheduled for the estimate, provided us with a written, fixed price but
also with the proviso that, if it turned out there was more damage than
apparent, he would give us a revised quote. Well, it turned out that
there WAS more damage, but the revised quote was prompt and accompanied
with a and quot;tourand quot; of the problem. The final job is very professional, fits
right in with our cedar siding. Doors fit absolutely airtight. We
could not be happier with the work.
Kevin has also done several
smaller jobs for us: tree removal, gutter cleaning, fence repairs,
small electrical stuff, etc. When a giant tree fell on our carport in
December, he was here within 1/2 hour to help us decide what to do, and
jacked up the roof to help get the cars out without further damage. He
and his crew got the whole thing hauled away and cleaned up within a
week of the storm. He's our go-to guy.
