Used this company for the whole season last year and then some end of season major clean up. This guy never shows up when he says he will. He may come two or three days later or even a week or so whenever he gets around to it.He doesn't return calls or follow through with what he says he will do. It is obvious his customers mean very little to him. I will not use him again next season because he is so unreliable. His work is adequate but not exceptional for the high cost. The most aggravating factor is he never, ever shows up when he says he will and his customer service is far below what I consider acceptable.

He also cleans my gutters and has helped me with things I have needed help with. He is just an all around great guy. His work is fantastic and I would highly recommend him. His pricing is very reasonable as well.
