1-800-GOT-JUNK?

We used 1-800-GOT-JUNK twice. Fast & easy appointment making! There are not enough great things we can say about their staff. The professionalism, courtesy, kindness & speed that the jobs were handled with was above & beyond our every expectation. Would ABSOLUTELY use them again & highly recommend them. Dustin and Victor were prompt and very speedy workers. I couldn't believe my eyes they were that quick! Dustin is the most polite and respectful young man that I've ever met. I am getting ready to do a major clean out around my property so I will be looking forward to your employees returning for that job. It was great to have a positive interaction with a major company. The team that showed up were extremely kind and professional. one thing to note about this service is that you pay based on volume, i.e. how much of the truck you fill, not weight. So, you might pay less to have them remove a single two ton cast-iron stove than you would for a truck-load of helium balloons. It's a little odd, but I guess it works for them.

Fine, just costly

I called on a Saturday and they were there on Sunday and Monday. All in all, I had 3 full truckloads and it was worth every penny. I only had to point and they took the junk and left what I wanted to keep. Eric and Rocky were super courteous and professional and I would ask for them every time. They cleaned up when they were done as well. Its an utterly peaceful feeling now to see the junk gone and a clean garage. This was my second time using 1800GOTJUNK in 10 years and I was not disappointed. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are awesome! Jamal and EJ called before they came and arrived right on schedule. They were thorough and careful with the walls and other things in our home, and they worked very hard the entire time they were at our home. We filled one of the trucks to the brim with debris and items to remove from the property. I could not be more pleased with their service and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Wow, wow, wow... take my money!  What's not to love - they can come out the same day you call, they show up to give you a quote for free whether you go ahead with the service or not, they work quickly and with a smile. My job took about an hour. I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the morning and my junk was gone by 2:30pm. The drivers called ahead before arriving. They explained how they estimate cost and gave me an accurate estimate. On a personal note, I could not be more impressed by Marcell and Christian, the two men who came to perform the job. Both men were extremely professional: they were courteous, respectful, personable, got right to work and continued through without delay. They cleaned up nicely and overall were very respectful of my home and property.

They were both courteous and concerned about any damage to our grass.  They worked carefully and efficiently and we counted their concern for our property as an added blessing.

They put everything in the truck and swept up thoroughly.  The person who came out was on-time courteous, pleasant and very helpful.  The cost of the service was reasonable.

We had a lot limbs that were removed from our trees and left in a large pile next to the street and we needed them removed. We called this provider and they did a good job for a smaller price than expected. I don't think they realized how big of a job we had for them until they started to do it. They had quoted us a price and stuck to it, so it was a very reasonable price. We really appreciate how great of a job they did for us and that they did not try to over-charge us after the mis-quote
