Service guys arrived in the scheduled time window, and called before as the company promised. Their names were Andrew and Flavious, and besides being prompt they were courteous, competent and professional, and I would rate their service as excellent. I had never used this company before, and the only reason I called them was because I no longer had a vehicle in which I could fit this stuff to take to the dump myself. You don't know the price you are going to pay until the truck arrives, and I was surprised both by the fact that I was charged the next tier up from minimum, and by the amount, but I had no experience to compare it to, so my opinion about the pricing should be taken with a grain of salt. In every other respect, the company and their service team fulfilled the transaction as promised, with no surprises. Would hire again if I had a larger load, but likely not if another small one.

The pick up went quickly and the entire process was very easy.

What they charged was reasonable and I actually thought it was going to be more expensive. I've used them at two different houses and they were good. I dealt with two different crews and I believe they were all trained to be very professional.

Punctual, courteous. Left a mess at the street where loaded. Had to sweep that up after they had gone.

I read about them on Angie's List, and heard about them on commercials. They did a really good job. I would tell people to use them, and that they do a very good job. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. They were running behind time the day they came. I would use this provider again.

They arrived after calling two times for directions. They were courteious but a little disinterested. walked around and gave me an estimate which in the end was right on. Items in the house like the couch were removed somewhat carefully. The treadmill and bike were dragged out by one person. The working treadmill was pretty well ruined by the time it made it to the truck. I pointed to items I wanted removed and these were taken away. The too small truck was full when they finished. The ad says they cleanup but no offer was made. The ad also says they donate items if possible. After things were dragged and thrown into the truck, I dought anything was donated.

They were a little late, but were very nice. The people that take your information at the 800 number are very friendly. One of the workers called me within an hour. He was very nice and very helpful. They gave me an estimate which was about $150 more than I was planning to spend and when I told them that, he knocked off $100. I had to leave while they were working, so I had to pay them up front, but they did a great job, including making 2 trips. They had to make a trip to the dump and return to finish it up, but they did so and did a great job. Were very friendly and swept off my porch without my even asking. Very good experience. A little more expensive than some others, but well worth the extra.

Their service was very convenient, with polite phone operators and flexible scheduling times. They arrived and gave us an estimate, which was slightly higher than the cost of having a dumpster brought on site, but we accepted as their service was much more convenient. The two workers were very professional and meticulous and also efficient. The estimate was based on how much space our debris would take in the truck. We ended up almost completely filling the truck although the estimate was for less, but they stuck with the original price. I was very impressed by company's convenience, timeliness, and professional behavior and would use them again despite the price being a little higher than a smaller-scale hauling company.

Very pleased with the service. They arrived promptly and loaded everything quickly. Reasonable price.

I think 1-800 Got Junk was a little high but you pay for convenience. They were here when they said they would be and finished very quickly.
