Heating and Air Conditioning Service
A well known heating and cooling company told us we needed a new heat pump and that the total cost would be $8,000. I called Craig and he said he would replace it for approximately half that amount if the existing unit did, indeed, need replacing. Upon inspecting our unit Craig discovered that a relay was out and there was some frayed wiring. Twenty minutes later we had very warm air coming out of our ducts. The total cost was $85!!! I cannot say enough about Craig's integrity and his patience in explaining the problem, the alternatives. He even showed us the broken parts. I obtained business cards from him to give out to my friends and family.
