 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and checked the thermostat in the house and then looked at the unit outside. They quickly say where the Freon leak was in the unit. They fixed that and then trouble shooted the rest of the system and found a capacitor that was broken. They had to get one from a supply house to match my system. There was no charge for their travel time. The service people gave me a lesson on how to care for my air conditioner and then tested the house interior to make sure the unit was working properly.
Description of Work: My air conditioner did not work. I know nothing about air condition so repair people could say the whole unit needed to be replaced. I would not know the difference. This company was on time to their appointment, did the work and guaranteed their work. There were a number of things that were broken on my unit. The repair people came on time, fixed it and were very resonable on their charges. They also left the broken part with me and fully expained what they did and how they tested the system to make sure they did not have to come back for further repairs. I felt this company was very honest and professional with great pricing. I would highly recommend their services and feel lucky that I found them to repair my unit. By the way, I called a large heating and cooling company and asked them what they would charge for my specific repairs. They quoted a price around $300 to $400.
