The owner, Chad Rutledge responded to my request within just a couple of hours.  I tried to get quotes from 3-4 other providers as well, while only 1 other one finally gave a quote, which was higher than Headturner's quote.  Chad gave a worst case scenario figure and a date that he would provide the service.  He also provided recommendations for the materials.  He came out on the day he promised and provided excellent service!  He is a true professional.  He kept me informed and communicated with me very well.  I was impressed with his service.  He is very polite and professional.  He offered recommendations for the job that helped me out and save me time & money.  He did all of this and charged me for 6 hours of labor since he was able to get the job done in that amount of time vs. the 10 hours he had originally quoted. He is honest, courteous, and professional!  These are qualities hard to find in service providers these days.  I would hire him again and most definitely recommend him to others!

The work did not last 3 days. The driveway washed away and eroded down to the original gravel and dirt with the first gentle rain. The culvert eroded with 1.5 inches of rain.
