 + -1 moreWe contracted UltraGreen to set up an evaluation to determine whether or not we could treat or needed to remove a tree in our backyard. We scheduled a time for a week and a half in advance based on our schedule and the gentleman called us to confirm a few days prior. However, on the day of the expected service, no one arrived. When we called to find out what happened, the technician was very rude and unprofessional. He forgot the appointment and blamed us for scheduling it in advance. We will not be reaching out to hire this company again in the future.
