Went well at first, then received a bill one month over charging me for one week. I thought no big deal I will just contact them and see what the mixup was. Contacted them and they never contacted me back - and then stopped showing up with no communication at all!

I feel he does a pretty good job. He's usually on time and does a good job mowing my lawn. There are never any problems when he mows, so that makes the job go smoothly.
