After others have told me that my HVAC needed to be replaced, the technician from Total Transformations said there isn't any reason to replace unless I just wanted to. He fixed the issue and it has cooled like a champ all summer. I bought a service contract and look forward to doing business with them.

Trustworthy. Punctual. Friendly. Knowledgeable. These are just a few words that describe my first experience with Total Trans4mation. The office staff followed up with me throughout all aspects of the project, even calling me after hours once, just to make sure they followed through on a promise that I would get a response back that day. The management team and technicians really know their stuff. But the true test of any company and the point at which you see their true colors becomes evident when, like life sometimes, things don't go exactly as planned once the project begins. This happened with us and Total Trans4mation communicated like pros, letting us know what our options were as we progressed. They not only made it right, they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied, including treating my wife and I to a meal at a local restaurant. It's the little personal things that go a long way and that leave a lasting impression. You won't be disappointed working with Total Trans4mation.

They did an awesome job, they were very friendly and professional. The job was done in a timely manner and no issues what so ever. They also used shoe covers when they came into my home, this was very much appreciated. I would recommend Total Trans4mation to anyone who has HVAC needs...they are the only company that I trust!!! They even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working well!!

I called Total Trans4mation around 8 in the morning.  Their online hours showed they actually didn't open until 8:30 but a very nice woman answered the phone.  She asked a series of questions about the issues that I was having and then gave me an appointment time for 2 that afternoon.  At exactly 2 the technician arrived!  He was very knowledgeable and nice and took the time to explain the what had happened with my unit.  He even brought in the damaged part to show me what it looked like compared to a new part.  I had this exact same part replaced twice previously by another repair person that was recommended to me and couldn't understand why it kept going out every year.  The other technician kept telling us that we needed to get a new unit even though we had it installed in 2006.  I explained to Total Trans4mation that I knew I might need a new unit but didn't want to go that route at this time.  They told me that I didn't need a new unit and should be able to get another 3 or 4 years out of this unit easily!  On top of that, the same repair that I had paid the other company between $300-$500 for in the past only cost me $130!!!!  They even signed me up in their preferred customer program for free where other companies generally charge $100 for.  I am actually having them come back out next week for my fall cleaning/service and am sure it will be another great experience.
