Description of Work: They come by and collect dog eliminations from the property. This is important if you have more than one dog, and particularly if you have children who play in the same space. They were excellent to work with in every respect. I no longer need this service, but were I to need this service again, would them again.

Description of Work: I have Tidy Paws clean dog waste from my yard once a week. They are extremely reliable and are very thorough. I have four dogs and need the quality work they provide. I know others that use Tidy Paws and their satisfaction is why I began using Tidy Paws. I find their pricing extremely reasonable. Invoices vary by lot size, so each bill is customized to a customer's area.

Description of Work: Everything was going well with their pickup service and then one day we received an email saying our new day was different now due to new routing. I emailed them in return asking why and why could we not get our same day and why weren't we called instead of just being emailed. Manager told me, "You can't possibly expect me to call over 150 people." THey said they would rectify but continue to sneak in a day or two late without giving any warning other than the 10 minute warning call. I must say they are VERY GOOD about the warning call.
