+ -1 moreI called twice to have Mr. Rankin come out for an estimate. He finally came out and promised to do the work the next Monday. That Monday I called to find out where he was - he called back in the middle of the afternoon to tell me he was still on vacation and his flights has been messed up but promised to be out the next morning. Around 11 am the next day I received a call saying that they were too backed up that day and that he would be out first thing Wednesday morning and I would get a discount. I never heard or saw Mr. Rankin again.
