We recently had a water mitigation system installed by from crawl shield, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain every part of the process, answered all our questions and made sure things were done right the first time. The quality of work was outstanding. We had The Crawl Shield out to a house we were fixing to sell. He installed the vapor barrier and did an assessment of other improvements that could be done. Mark was excellent to work with! He’s knowledgeable, does quality work, and is reasonably priced. He left the decision of what to do next up to us without pushing sales or selling something that’s not needed. We were so impressed with him we had him come to our new house that had the crawl space encapsulated and check it over too. We would highly recommend using The Crawl Shield.
