They had to come out several times for the ants. But there was no additional charge for the additional times they came out. No further problems with either one at this time. We are very pleased with the service and would hire again.

Treatment worked for the typical length of time expected. The rep was polite and professional, and also gave good ideas for remedies to keep spiders away.

Can't say enough. Great customer service, quick, on time, cost effective, professional and very friendly! Would highly recommend. I actually learned things about mosquitoes I did not know. I had a field trip in my own back yard

These guys are great. They really know their bugs. Very professional and friendly. I have used them from time to time over the years. I made the mistake of using someone else once and I was not satisfied. I will not use anyone else going forward.

We moved into our house in April after moving from out of state and we were overrun with ants.  The Bug Man was recommended to us by a family member.  We called, got great service on the telephone and even though they were experiencing a high volume of ant calls, even the girl in the office had a problem at home, she schedule the call for 2 days later.  We then received a call to say they were ahead of schedule and could get us in earlier.  David came out and was great, a really nice guy.
We have also had David out to do some work in the crawl space and the usual bug spraying and will continue to use them.  We have set up a four seasons service contract with them and have no interest in looking for another company to use.  David is great and we would always prefer to have David here as I trust him to do a good job, he just gives me that confidence that he cares what he is doing.  Today we had Adam and he seemed very nice, but I did miss David and our banter about my foreign accent and how I should tell people I'm from Walter Hill.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional and on time. Did a thorough job at a fair price. I signed up for 4 seasons service. I would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time. Took as much time as needed to discuss spiders, insects, and the treatment. Was very professional and personable. Set out monitors. Afterwards, I needed the report revised for my landlord and they responded courteously and immediately.

The Bug Man came out the week before for my regular service but could only partially complete it due to rain. They promptly rescheduled and came back a week later. I have been using them for a year and am very satisfied with their service. They are reliable, prompt and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

AWESOME they kept me informed about the issue as my tenant stated they thought it was termites but it truly turned out to be ants.  They treated it and gave a 45 day guarantee that if the ants reappeared they will return to retreat.  No ants yet.

The technician was wonderful and wanted to know any problems we were having.

To begin with, I need to schedule maintenance appointments three months in advance. Since I am an over-the-road truck driver, I have no idea when I will get home. I had been using another local pest control service for the last few years. They failed to show for a scheduled appointment so I thought it might be time to replace them.
The following week I checked out Angie?s List and decided to try The Bug Man. I got home late Friday afternoon and gave them a call. I spoke with Andrea and explained my situation. I told her I didn?t need the ?4-seasons? service but that I like to get preventive service in the spring and fall. She said she would check with the technician who serviced my area and see if he could fit me in on Saturday. She called back shortly thereafter and said that he could get to me Saturday afternoon which was fine with me. The technician would call me when he was on his way. She really was charming and efficient indicating the cost up-front. She also recorded my contact and billing information.
Come Saturday, I was out collecting my mail when I received a call from Robert, the tech, indicating that he was on his way. I asked his ETA and he said about ten minutes. I informed him I was also about ten minutes away and would meet him there. Upon arrival, I saw that The Bug Man had already arrived and rather than wait until I showed up, he had begun servicing the exterior. I respect that initiative and glad he wasn?t sitting in his truck awaiting my arrival. We waived at each other to acknowledge each other?s presence and I opened up the house.
In short order, Tech Robert came inside to complete the service. He told me what he had found (minor stuff) and indicated his treatment. He was professional, personable, and informative. The company issues touch-screen (iPad-like) tablets to record the aspects of service. I respect the embrace of technology in business. I gave him the check which I had printed in advance and he gave me a thank you card and receipt indicating his services. He said a proper receipt would be e-mailed to me on Monday.
Overall, a very positive experience. I always prefer using independent local businesses whenever possible rather than the large chains. I think I have found my new pest control service provider.

He was on time and we have a contract with him. He will return on a regular basis and all future applications will cost $68.00. I think he comes about 4 times a year!

Very well. They email me about a week before they visit as a reminder and to find out if we want anything special done, such as the interior. When finished, the guy leaves an invoice. They also send one via email. They are curteous and professional.

My family has been using The Bug Man since I move into my house last year. I get quarterly visits. My technician is Robert, who is wonderful! Always on time ( or even early), polite and very friendly!  He even remembers not to knock as I have a child napping!
 Last quarter, I did not have an interior spray but then a few weeks later, we got ants.  Robert came out very quickly to spray and the issue was fixed at no extra cost.  
I would recommend Robert and The Bug Man to anybody.
