The technician cleaned the condenser coil, checked the Amps, Volts, and Freon. He checked the thermostat and the cooling system. He was polite, friendly and willing to explain the questions I asked him.

David, the technician was so courteous and explained everything he was doing as he went and gave me options when we figured out that the recently installed thermostat was defective. By the way, it had been installed by another company. The cost was half as much as what another company had quoted me just to install a new one, not including diagnosing what was wrong with the old one. Also, Heather at the office was so awesome and I was so happy someone could come the same day I called. She kept me informed as to when David would be coming and called me when he was 20 minutes away. Best customer service and price I have had from a HVAC company ever!

I got four quotes and their price was in the middle, but the quality was the best. Their instillation guys did what they said they were going to do and others said that they could not do it. They did a nice job.

It went very well. It was the first time I had used them. I hadn't had to have any repairs since they install it. I will be calling them in the fall for a check up. I had old gas logs in the fireplace and checked the whole fireplace out and gave me an estimate for free for replacing the whole unit. He was a very nice guy.

He did the A/C ducts along with the company I used to take out the water problem I had under the floor. He was very good. He first did his initial plan on the 4th of October and the he had to wait till the other company got finished and he came back to put the duct work in and everything. They still have a few touch-ups to do but they are getting pretty close. He gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost and that was $3600. He and the other company I worked with were very good.

It was great experience. They were honest and passionate about their work. The owner is the one who does most of the work. The price seemed expensive but it was worth the work as they charged less for the ductwork than what the others did. They gave me a complete analysis on what they were doing. The work has lowered our energy bills and has been beneficial in many ways. They promised that everything will be good and it has proved to be so. They were quick to respond to problems and fixed them in very reasonable time. I will definitely call them the next time I need any work done.
