+ -1 moreExtremely poor quality service - untimely, erroneous, and frustrating. Initially the closing time was delayed three hours after our arrival to their office as scheduled; the purchase property address was wrong despite a letter of documentation of the address from the county being provided several weeks earlier; they requested a form to be signed that we had received a seller's property disclosure (which had not been received as requested and the title agent could not locate said disclosure in their possession); and finally charged us for a termite inspection preformed on another property (amount was refunded).
