They were excellent with landscaping design and installation. Their maintenance department however is less that attentive to details. They are very expensive and definitely not worth the money. They do not respond to issues when grass is dying or trees and bushes are not thriving. That's when you need help and that is when they are scarce.
I had to end my contract and find another provider and all the companies that I interviewed commented on the lack of attention to my lawn/yard.

The first time I used them, it went wonderfully.  I was very pleased with the outcome and have very much enjoyed the landscaping results.  So I wanted some more things done this fall and I called to schedule it.  The woman who takes care of the residential accounts, plans and oversees the work made an appointment to come by the next day to see what I wanted done and she never showed up and never called me back to say why.  I waited all day for her.  This sort of treatment is totally uncalled for and unprofessional.  I would have gladly rescheduled if there was a problem for her getting there but to just drop someone and ignore them says that they don't care if they have your business so I used someone else for the work.

I hired this company because they came highly recommended from several of my friends as being the top residential landscape design and installation contractor in the area. They DO know their stuff. It is no wonder they are so high in demand. Design was very good and construction was perfection. I couldn't ask for more. They showed up on time for the first appointment and showed up to install right on schedule. Their employees take a lot of pride in their work and I like that!

My overall experience with Southern Creations was o.k. They started out good, but it took a long time for them to complete the work. I would only recommend them if you don't need a job done in a hurry.

My overall experience with Southern Creations has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The completed project looks great. I would recommend them to others.
