Excellent service! The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They have the nicest boarding facility that I have ever seen. They also provide a link that you can access and view your pet while they are there for any of their services which gives great peace of mind.

It seemed to go well. They have a lovely facility and it appeared that they do a good job taking care of the animals. However, it was too expensive for me to consider using them again except in an emergency. They charged closer to $30 a night for my dog (their website says about $21 right now) and I was given one night free since I was a new customer. I was frustrated that they charged an extra fee for each instance of administering my pet's allergy pill.

They took great care of my 2 dogs. They love Safari and their staff. The staff are true animal lovers and take excellent care of their guests!

They know you by name as you walk in the door and I like that. My pet wants to go play.

Our pups do well there and the staff is always kind and efficient. Facility is clean and well organized.

a I needed a place to board my dog in a short time frame and they were able to accommodate me and my Jack Russell. They were responsive and gave me in detail what was required for her stay there. The agent there was knowledgeable and gave in detail the different packages that they offered.The only minor set-back was that they forgot to do my dog's nails (which was part of the package). However, they apologized for missing that detail and gave me an open invitation to come and bring my dog back to rectify the situation.Overall, pretty good and no complaints.

Safari also does grooming as well. They kind of do everything but provide vet services. The charge all depends on what level of room you would like your pet in. It could be between $20 and $35 a night. They are very clean and they take good care of the animals. They may be a little on the expensive side. Oh yeah, they also have pet playtime. You can drop your pet off when you go to work and pick him up later that day. It is like a luxury hotel.

Rick and Susan are award winning groomers, having been featured on magazine covers of their trade. They show dogs and have judged dog shows, so for those looking for that level of grooming, they can do it, an do it well! As stated above, I routinely went to Rick when he ran a place called "Cuts Limited" here in Nashville. After about a six month interruption when he pulled out of Nashville to focus on "Cuts Limited" in Murfreesboro, now "Safari Pet Resort" I have been going there ever since. Rick and Susan, and now their caring, loving staff as well, groom and care for my "poodle children". I will not trust them to anyone else, at least while they are in business. Rick and Susan are very "hands on" with their business; they have put a lot of sweat equity into their business, and it shows. They also do overnight boarding for cats and dogs, day camps, etc.
