Rutherford Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Be wary! Mr Conkin installed an HVAC unit in our home in 2015. The unit is under warranty and is currently broken down. He originally offered to come on the morning of February 7th (great!), however by noon we realized he wasn't showing up. This was after we arranged to be at the home and waiting. We called and texted, after multiple attempts he said he would be there within an hour. He did not show up. Since then we have left multiple other phone calls texts and emails all to no response. We are unsure what is going on.

Installation went okay. We had some water coming from the overflow valve after the installation and still do... this is apparently from the water pressure being too high coming into the house. We need a pressure regulator now... just need to save more money for that now.

Our air conditioner stopped working this morning. So we called Rutherford plumbing heating and cooling to see if  they had a someone available that could come out today to see what was wrong. The man on the phone (James) was very polite and assured us that they would have someone out within an hour, and that he would also call when there technician was about  a half hour away. About ten minutes later James called back to tell us that Steven was on the way and that he should be there in about twenty five minutes. When Steven arrived (on time) he was polite and curtsy, he actually put little booties over his shoes before coming in. Steven explained to use that he needed to look at the air conditioner to see what was going on with it and asked if we would like to come outside with him so he could explain what was wrong, and show use the problem(s) when he found it. After inspecting the airconditioner he used a little camera to inspect our heat Exchanger that reviled the large holes in it that was causing the heat to turn off. He gave us the options of a repairing it, or a replacement, and explained both procedures. We went with the replacement.
the company sent a couple more men out to help Steven, and they had the job completed in about five hours. They where very professional, courteous, clean, and polite. Our new airconditioner is working great! The office call after steven and his crew left to check to see if we where satisfied with Everything and if there was anything else that we needed (awesome). From there office staff to there service men The overall experience was a very nice change from the service companies I have used in the past, and I would definitely use this company again! Thanks!
