Highly recommend Russell Auto Care! They looked at my vehicle and identified a transmission problem. They did not charge for their service and sent me to a wonderful transmission repair shop since they are not transmission specialists.

Very impressed with Russell Auto! They look at replacing the output speed sensor my son’s Ford 150 truck. However, after spending time to evaluate the problem, they referred me to a transmission shop since that part is housed inside the transmission in the 4x4 model. They did not charge me which was unbelievably kind on their part. You can bet that I will come to you for future service as well as refer family and friends to you. Thanks, Jeff and Mr. Russell!
