Servicemen were friendly and professional. Recommended two springs instead of just one for my particular garage door. Installed a door lock without charge. Garage door works extremely well now. Very Satisfied.

When my garage door spring seized, the door stuck shut. Two guys showed up within three hours of me calling, and completed the job in about 20 minutes. They also recommended I replace my remote, since it wasn't working unless I was about 5 feet away from my door. Highly recommend Steve for his work. Excellent.

Made me a package special I called Wednesday and he sent a service guy out promptly Friday morning. We had to add the springs to the original job and worked with me to get the door opening. Great customer service.they showed up when they said. Had all the equipment and more. We’re finished within the hour and we are very happy. You can’t go wrong with them.

It went well. Was able to do everything over the phone. Price was reasonable. Installation was scheduled quickly. They didn't make it in the original time-window they scheduled, but I didn't need to be there for it and they were done before we needed to use the garage that day so that wasn't that big of a deal.

Everything started off great.  They installed the garage door, track but forgot the trim and said they would be back first thing the next day to fit it.  Waited the next day, no call.  We called them and they said they forgot and would be back.
They did fit the trim and then the garage door failed to work.  Immediately, he started to become very rude and obnoxious stating he was not responsible for the garage door not working and it was our garage door opener.  He also stated he did not know enough about the particular garage door opener to even try and figure out the issue.  Our garage door opener is a very common one and they advertise this particular make on their website.  I explained to him that it was working perfectly fine as they could see when they arrived and now since installing the trim it was not working.  He became quite aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable and started telling me he was not taking any responsibility for it not working and that it was not the garage door it was the opener.  I tried to explain that I was not a garage door expert and that I could not be certain what the issue was but this was getting me nowhere with him.  Then he started to accuse me of all sorts and became very unprofessional.  In the end I told the other guy with him who was trying to be much more helpful, to remove him from my property as his attitude was disgusting and that I would call another company to fix it.  I called another company who came out within a couple of hours, added a screw to the track that was missing and re-set the opener.  They explained that anytime you install a new door, you need to reset the opener.  He had me press a button on the wall whilst he pressed a button on the box and 5 mins later everything was working perfectly and I had to pay him $39.95 for the call out.
Their website says "If your not happy, we're not happy", well I was not happy, you were aggressive, rude and had to be thrown off my property and left me having to find another company to do the job you should of been able to do as a garage door installer.
Would I recommend you, never, not in a million years.
