Home Building
We have been in the home for one year now. We have had no problems that I can recall, even when first moving in. I am very happy with that fact. There have been no leaks in plumbing, and the heating and cooling works just fine. I feel it is a very comfortable, quality built house. I felt the price was affordable, and I got what I paid for.

River Road Construction could improve on their customer service. They had poor customer service when it came to get the kitchen cabinets. Overall, they built a beautiful home for us, it turned out nice.
