As far as I know they did a wonderful job. They have done a lot of work in our neighborhood.

Justin worked great with the insurance company on pushing the claim through but couldn't give me an out of the pocket cost until the day he cam to pick up the check. Come to find out that I was charged for the replacement valve that should had been under warranty as we'd discussed previously. Also , I had to request that the tile work be redone due to grout lines not matching up to the existing work and tiles being uneven. There are several issues that were promised they'd be corrected but whenever a date was to be set there where personal problems that prevented Justin from following up... I was always told to call him next month now it's been over a year and nothing has been fixed.

"We stepped in to correct the poor craftsmanship from the prior contractor. Next, we worked with {members name removed} insurance carrier to fix the damage caused by water. If we hadn't stepped in and worked with the insurance carrier, {members name removed} would have been out of pocket about $15,000.00. I personally visited the property and corrected any deficiencies that needed to be remedied to {members name removed} satisfaction. Finally, {members name removed} was satisfied, received a certificate of completion, and paid us for our services in full."

Justin and a helper arrived on time and were very professional. The job was a little more difficult than they expected because of the Thickness of the concrete. They spent extra time on the job, but did not charge extra and cleaned up their mess. I was very impressed with their determination to do the job to my satisfaction.
