"Addressing the ratings, Pricing - The price at $175 for 1.5 days of service and materials I consider below market pricing. Current pricing for electrical service call alone is $125, without materials so $175 for 1.5 days for service and materials is great pricing. Quality - The work that was completed was per NEC code and the electrian cleaned up the area after he completed the task. Responsiveness - The customer called and we responded the next day and fixed the lighting. The issue with the garage was a separate issue that required additional troubleshooting, which needed to be approved by the customer. I spoke with the customer and we got the approval to perform the work so we scheduled it 2 days out. Puncuality - The electrian arrived promptly the 1st day and make the neccessary repairs for the lights. Unfortunately, there was an incident with on the way to the job site, which caused us to miss the scheduled date. The customer was contacted and made aware of the incident and that I would reschedule. An attempt was made to contact customer but no one answered. Professionism - The initial work completed recieved a compliment from the customer on both courteousness and price. I understand that professionalism includes providing good customer experience, quality and price, I feel we acheived professionalism. The communication portion on both parties fell below expectations. I did not get a voice message but did see a missed call from the customer. I did not call back because I saw the review and considered to too late to respond."
