Company is very service oriented. Called and explained that temperatures was boiling hot and needed service as soon as possible. Within minutes, a tech called and said he was on his way. Tech was able to add 3 lbs of freon and cooled down the place within the hour.

Called them on a cold holiday weekend. My issue was not an urgent matter as I just wanted a checkup on my units and they said they hoped to get to me the day after the holiday. They did not come out that day and failed to call with an update. They came out the following workday, work was performed as expected and the rate was competitive an the technician was friendly and on task. Overall I was pleased and I will call again.

They are very honest. If they tell me that they are going to be here, they give me an hour's timeframe, and if they tell me they are going to be here at 1 o'clock, they will be here at 1 o'clock. They are very trustworthy and dependable. I would use them again in the future.

They were quick to respond and their prices were reasonable.

They have come here three or four times but it still doesn't work. Last time when I called him, they came out and didn't charge me for that but they sent me a bill. They have charged us for the work they have done before. He is prompt as far as I know. I guess he was okay on the price but I don't know. I had to wait a little bit.

I had an airflow problem in one room and they installed a duct. In my 2 year old home, they initially installed the system so they made the repair at no charge. They gave excellent service.
