April 7, 2006 home incurred hail damage. September 28, 2006 Adams assessed damages. September 30, 2006 Adams returned with an estimate for damages. (Adams was recommended by Farm Bureau Agent)  November 24, 2006 - Called Adams to see when he planned to repair the damages. Spoke with Adams' wife. December 1 - 2, 2006, roof replaced by subcontractor. December 12, 2006, called Adams to report an open area next to the chimney which allowed daylight to show through but was not given the option to leave a message. Called agent at Farm Bureau on December 12, 2006.  December 16, 2006,  Adams called and agreed to look at the areas of concern on December 18, 2006. Areas of concern - open space in roof that exposed daylight and holes and rotten wood covered with new shingles. April 24, 2007, subcontractor came to repair the door and sheet metal roof. The door the subcontractors put up did not fit the door frame. The dead bolt lock did not match up with the frame and the door handle fell off when trying to close the door. The paint job on the door was streaked and the metal roof was replaced with a lower quality material. June 8, 2007, water gushed over the newly replaced gutters. Contacted Adams on June 8, 2007 but did not get a reply. Called Farm Bureau Agent June 8, 2007 and left a message.  June 11, 2007, the agent and Adams returned the call. Adams came to my house to discuss the problems with the work provided by his company.  Additional contacts were made between April 7, 2006 and June 11, 2007. Numerous contacts were made to Adams and Farm Bureau through August 2007. Civil Complaint filed on October 30, 2007. A judgement was awarded in December 2007 but the funds awarded have not been collected.

They were really, really good. They put my home back in order. It looks the same if not better than before the hail damage. The job did take longer than expected since they were so backed up around this time with all the damaged houses. They did their best to get it done quickly.
