These guys are fantastic. They are new and incredibly good company. The price is very reasonable. They were extremely pleasant. I would say they respond within two or three days if you have a real need to come up there, they'll be out of the house within a couple of days. As far as him responding, if you can talk to him in person, he's totally responsive and informative in so many things but he's so busy that he doesn't get right back. If I text him, at least for a few days.
