Ryan replaced the original patio sections and ensured the new sections matched his original work. Ryan completed the work with his usual attention to detail. We heartily recommend Ryan for his quality work.
When Ryan Stott, the owner of Patriot Builders, did the inside work, he was not thorough. We had areas marked with blue tape. Some things that were marked weren?t touched. We had to point out areas that were marked but not done. He did not clean up all the dust created by sanding. He tried 3 times to repair a 20 inch horizontal crack in the drywall. The crack is still there. Areas were not all painted; all wood areas were not repaired. He leaves quickly when he?s done with his work, not leaving you time to inspect the work.
We were scheduled to have the exterior work done on April 15, 2015. This work also involves caulking, preparing the surface and painting. It is now over one week later and we have not heard anything from the owner, Ryan Stott. He does not return our phone calls or emails.
Our neighbor down the street was scheduled to have their work done the same day as ours. There work was started on April 15th and completed the next day. We have had some rainy days since then, but the weather this week has been good for painting. We still have had no calls from Ryan Stott. We have seen his truck in the neighborhood so we know that he is doing work for someone.
I would never hire him or recommend him because of the quality of his work and his unprofessional response.
"[member name removed], I apologize that you are unhappy with the services that were performed at your home by Patriot Builders, however I was contracted through Pulte's warranty program and I assure you that any items missed were because they were not covered by Pulte's warranty and the outside work was incomplete due to weather. I have the completed work order that was signed by your husband after the work was completed and a walk through of your home was done (I will be happy to send you a copy). I apologize that you have found more items after the work order was signed completed to your satisfaction. I pride myself in my quality of work as well as response to my customers and my reputation for that exceeds itself. I appreciate your concerns and will address these issues so that they will never come up in the future. Have a great day."
