Jay was running late and called to let me know the job he was on was taking longer than he though, and he let me know when to expect him if it was alright with me. Jay was very polite and professional. Explained everything to my understanding. I received a very high-water bill that was the reason for the appointment so he could find the leaks. Found no leaks under the house but found out the water leak was the pipe coming from the meter to the house. You will not regret hiring him for he does outstanding work. I highly recommend this company.
