My practice is dedicated to stimulating emotional and relational health and well being for couples, individuals, families, and other significant relationships. I specialize in helping clients gain insight and awareness; implement healthy boundaries; communicate and resolve conflict in a rational, productive manner overcome and/or develop coping skills for major life challenges and transitions , job loss, divorce, serious illness, mental or physical disabilities, grief or bereavement, emotional trauma and to experience a more balanced and satisfying life. Drawing from an interactive, forward moving, solutions-focused approach to therapy, I serve a broad spectrum of clients, emphasizing a client's strengths to achieve their desired growth potential.
