I dealt with Austin and Jessie down at their Georgetown, Tx location this past weekend (11-14-22). These guys didn't come off as salesmen but rather a product-knowledge encyclopedia. Within 20 minutes, my wife and I purchased a queen size bed, set up the delivery and the guys even personally came to my house to deliver it. They even moved a bulky 1977 pinball machine from an upstairs bedroom to make room for the bed. Name me one company who would have done that. I'm extremely pleased with these guys and their company and will definitely go back to them for future bedding needs.

Horrible!!! This company is a fraud!!. They carry what is called the "Resort or Hotel collection" and even name their mattresses after these hotel beds. They said that this particular mattress is the same mattress as the Biltmore hotel. I was so convinced. I purchased the mattress just before closing. The following morning I called to cancel within 1 hour of the business opening. I called to cancel because when I called the Biltmore Hotel, the bed that they carry is made by Kingsdown. A mattress that is NOT sold by MATTRESS GALLERY DIRECT!! So this in FACT was NOT the mattress that they were selling.. When I spoke to the Manager the following day, The bed had never left their warehouse and was never delivered. They refunded the cost of the mattress less 20%. So I ended up losing $400 because they make NO exceptions as far as refunding the processing fee.. Buyer beware!! Management is horrible, they are just in the business for the money. I am taking this matter further so that someone else does not get ripped off like I did!! If you do decide to buy from them, read the reviews on the beds, do your research, they will not refund your money!! Shady business!!

I purchased a king and xlong twin. The day of delivery they called to let me know the twin they received from the factory was damaged and they would have to order a new one (it would take about a week). They delivered the king (which we love). But we really needed the twin for company coming that week. My husband spoke to them and they sent out a regular brand new twin that we could use until the xlong arrived. When my xlong finally arrived the delivery men brought a regular height box spring. I had originally been told they would bring both the reg. and a low profile so I could choose what worked best in the room. Even though we had the regular box spring for about a week, they happily and at my convenience brought the low profile. This company was all about customer service and making things right.

Sold bad product knowingly after sale. I was treated poorly.
