Do not hire them. He has no power over his crew. They do not finish the job and they take other jobs before getting the current job done. 5 months and it has not been done. We paid the 50% but he does not look like he is going to do the job.

Over all experience was awesome. Very professional. Always on time. Lines of communications was always open. What little issues came up was handled right away and to my satisfaction. Mr Escues was a pleasure to work with as well as his crew. I would highly recommend Mr Escures ( L J and M Builders. ) if you are looking for home improvements to your home. His pricing was fair and competitive. We will be using his company again in the future.

Tim was able to get to my project within a week and gave me a fair price. He asked throughout exactly how I wanted the room and door and made sure I was happy with it when they were completed. I will use them in the future for any other work I need on the house.

Tim was amazing! He did an amazing job of remodeling our attic space into a bedroom, bathroom and bonus room! It was professional, quality work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home remodeling project! I will definitely hire him again for any future projects we have!
