RAVE I was referred to L&L by a coworker after having significant storm damage to my roof. Willie Castello came out and did my estimate for me and he spent a lot of time helping me navigate my expectations with my insurance claim as well as going above and beyond to make sure I was spared as much stress as possible. He worked out a better deal for me than I could have even imagined. Next came the ladies of the office, Rachel, Taryn and Ana.. they were also superhero's. I was worried a couple of times that my insurance had driven them completely crazy but they maintained the same beautiful demeanor they started out with, along the entire way. They truly were there for me the entire time. Allen Cox ran the project when it came down to the installation and he too was an absolute blessing. I pray success over this company in everything they do. My entire experience start to finish with every single step was more than I could have asked for. Not to mention the work preformed was fast, efficient and absolutely beautiful. They left my home cleaner than when they started even. No mess, no signs they were even there. Thank you L & L for going above and beyond the call and for making a potentially stressful project such a blessing.
