Commission is paid by the seller in most cases so there are no commission charges to a buyer to have a Buyer's Representative. Seller's representation includes fully marketing your property via internet, print media, email blasts to other Realtors & social media; advising on the proper way to show your property to maximize positives & minimize negatives; following up on showings to obtain valuable feedback; advising on pricing; negotiating from offer to close & maintaining consistent communication.
