$10,000
The whole process was super smooth and I am extremely delighted. My house has been transformed into a showplace. I receive compliments from everyone whom visits. My husband's friend, who conducts home appraisals, stated that we added value to our home by placing in hardwood floors. I knew that they were cosmetically beautiful but had no idea that they could produce other results. Then, there are the daily perks. I no longer have to vacuum. I just mop and look down at my gleaming floor. Mr. Bell was very clean, as were his employees. They always cleaned up behind themselves. He did not charge me one cent more than his estimate. I am so pleased with his company. I would highly recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Bid was given for our condo in Palm Coast, Florida. We flew Johnathan down to the condo to view the job, wrote down everything that we wanted and he gave a price in writing. Johnathan, the owner, said he would be done in seven days.We are at August 20 and the condo still isn't done. Johnathan had every excuse under the sun on why it wasn't finished. He said it was his crew but the fact was he wasn't a professional and we didn't know. We trusted everything he said and found that he lied, destroyed property and turned in receipts that were not for the project.  We labeled everything and sent fixtures down with him, only to be told he couldn't find them. While at our condo, brand new TVs and playstation were opened and damaged, our private bath products, along with our personal items. There was no respect for other people's property.

Here is a list of what had to be redone by a professional.
The entire condo had to be re-painted. The walls, cabinets were not prepared prior to starting. The walls, cabinets were not protected when when sawing was done in the condo, which meant that dust and dirt were on the walls and HAIR painted in the door/walls. Paint was on the floor and never cleaned up. The cabinets were rolled and brushed leaving distinct difference between cabinets next to one another. The doors were hung crooked. Holes were drilled off center for knobs, locks.
The closet built had to be ripped out and started over to match the other door trim. A professional carpenter had to be hired to redo the entire closet. He also had to pull off the trim on the mirrors and re-trim.
The grout was different color than existing grout, tile was left with holes in them. Tile was grouted with different colors and left on the tile. Yes, not wiped off!
All lighting had to be redone and fixtures be re-hung.An electrician came in and spent the day redoing everything.
All plumbing was installed backwards, a professional plumber had to come in and re-do all plumbing and fixtures. The sink had to be reset because of the sloppy job and it was off center. The silicone was the wrong color and was over flowing in the creases.
The newly laid floors had scratches all over them from the equipment. The floors were not protected in any form.

He said he wasn't paid for the job when in fact he was given a total of 13,000.00. His subs were told we didn't pay him which was slander to myself and my husband. I have the copies of the check and bank statements. He bought equipment and turned in receipts to us for reimbursement. I would steer clear of him if at all possible.
I have posted on other sites with pictures, pictures speak a thousand words. This guy is out of Tennessee but our condo project was in Florida at Hammock Beach.
Response from Johnathan's Flooring, Inc.
"This customer presented one list of items that she requested to be completed. I had to travel from TN to FL to accommodate her but was happy to do so for a client. When I arrived there, she added numerous items to the original list that were not in the original bid. I am a professional and tried to conduct myself as such, but there were domestic issues constantly buzzing around me between the client and her spouse. I had to move several pieces of furniture up three flights of stairs as a courtesy to her. She only compensated me half of what she is stating and retained the remainder. Much of what she entails in her complaint was not part of the bid. I try to please all clients but there is always the rare exception. I can only speak for my company, not someone's fabrications. I have a wonderful track record, otherwise."
