Took the laptop in as it was getting slower and slower. Kelli explained their services and prices and agreed to call if more than basic cleanup was required. She took time to discuss issues with us, told us what we needed to buy as far as a portable hard drive and kept us appraised of progress. She also gave us several tips and shortcuts regarding our laptop. While we were there she answered a phone call from a customer and talked them through an issue which seemed to be great customer service even after the sale. She was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and efficient. She was able to explain things so I could understand. Great service.

Kelly is just amazing, she is the one who debugged my computer and she did it remotely. I have a desktop and it was very heavy and inconvenient to bring it to her, so always did a remote repair with me. Usually when she was making a repair on my computer she also do some other stuff, she kind of run me in the background while she was dealing with customers, so generally it takes several hours before she can finish my computer.
