I contacted the Agricultural Center to verify what kind of trees I had. They confirmed them to be Southern Magnolias. I called him to come back to the house. I explained the situation to him and what the Agricultural Center said. He said they didn't know what they were talking about. He wasn't willing to admit he brought trees instead of bushes. He said he'd be willing to dig them up and replant them elsewhere but he would charge me to do so. He did come out 2 or 3 days later and fertilized the trees but that's all he's done to this point. He's not willing to correct his error. Oddly enough, he did plant the kind of magnolia that I ordered in my neighbors yard. This is a project we took a loan out for because it was important for us to improve our yard. This is a big disappointment.
Description of Work: I ordered 9 Magnolia bushes that would grow to be about 9 feet tall. We requested these bushes be planted 3 to 4 feet apart so with growth they would create a hedge. James Lattimore instead delivered and planted 9 Southern Magnolia TREES which grow to be 40 feet tall and 30 feet wide. He planted them 3 feet apart.
