He and his assistant arrived early in the morning with all the required equipment and supplies. They custom cut and built the ramp from treated lumber and attached it to the concrete. They were finished by 4 in the afternoon. They cleaned up all the waste, gave me the extra rails (four) in case I needed them, and were polite.
