They delivered the wood and it was recommended by Kyle that it stay in our home for a few weeks to get acclimated to the temperature and humidity. They came in and began to demo the bathroom flooring which was covered with carpet and old tile under the carpet. They removed and cleaned each bathroom and reinstalled the toilets. They installed new subfloor in each bathroom as well for the new flooring to go over. They then moved into each room to begin the floor installation, they covered approximately 2000 sq. ft. Kyle built on to the stairs in our entry way into the living room and turned our real nice. The floors are in and look great, gave us a great price and he will return to finish two other bedrooms and the bathroom and the laundry room. Great work and friendly crew!

Kyle was very personable and easy going but did not oversee his crew or evaluate their work. Quoted a time frame of 2 weeks and took more than 3 months but they still are not done with the repairs. WRONG shower was installed (even though I'd provided pictures of what was expected) Crown molding installed upside down in 4 (yes I said four) rooms. Poor prep work from the painters. Misplaced and damaged parts. Workers used new whirlpool and sinks as tool storage leaving gashes in surfaces. Lost lens for exhaust fan/light and clips for medicine cabinets. Scratches on mirrors. Missing crystals on chandelier. Damaged wall for fuse box. Crew barely spoke English, helped themselves to MY tools and contents of my freezer, and not able to show up as scheduled. I feel that Mr. Hunt didn't evaluate the qualifications of his crew or ensure quality work was being done.
