Living room, master bedroom, and hall looked great. Only one coat of paint was applied in my guest bathroom, so I had to apply another coat by myself in order to cover up the previous green paint color. They broke one of my lamps and did not adjust price to pay for it. Most importantly, there were many paint splatters on my furniture and hardwood floors, so it appears the did not use drop cloths in some areas. When he was finished he said I owed him $400 more than our initial agreed price of $800. We had a verbal agreement when he initially came to my home to give the estimate.
