Home Inspection
He did everything and more! I've worked in real estate for many years and have never met a more efficient, professional, honest, friendly and patient inspector. He was in no rush whatsoever and I was 200% happy! He answered all of my many questions in detail and took his time going over every inch of the home. He even gave me some excellent advice on other issues, like gardening tips, etc. He definitely went way above and beyond, the extra mile(S) in his work and I've never been so impressed! It's not as easy these day to find a very trusting, hard working and friendly honest professional and I'm very lucky I found him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL CALL AGAIN, if the need arises!

Home Inspection
He was very helpful. He emailed me a contract and other pertinent data to review prior to the inspection. The day of the inspection I thought I would have to pay before the inspection but he went through the whole house and did what he had to do and then at the end I made the decision to go ahead and pay him. He didn't pressure me which was absolutely perfect. I will use him again in the future.
